When You Browse Our Website (Analytics)
- What we collect: We collect anonymous data about your visit, such as which pages you viewed, how long you were on the site, and the actions you took.
- Why we collect it (Our lawful basis): We have a legitimate interest in understanding how our site is performing so we can improve it for founders like you. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
- Tools we use: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how you interact with our website. We use Google Search Console for aggregated search performance data, which does not track individual user behaviour on our site.
When You Contact Us or Start the "YES Checkup"
- What we collect: Your name, email address, company name, your role, and the information you provide about your challenges.
- Why we collect it (Our lawful basis): To respond to your enquiry and see if we are a good fit to work together (fulfilling a contract). We have a legitimate interest in following up with potential clients who have shown clear intent.
- Tools we use: Data is processed via our website forms and email system.
When You Leave a Comment on Our Blog
- What we collect: The data you enter in the comments form (name, email, website), plus your IP address to help prevent spam. An anonymised string (a "hash") of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to display your profile picture.
- Why we collect it (Our lawful basis): We have a legitimate interest in fostering discussion on our blog and preventing spam.

- Comments: Retained indefinitely so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments.
- Contact Form Enquiries: Kept for the duration of our business relationship or until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics Data: Retained for 26 months before being automatically deleted.
